Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Prolific Star
Dublin Fighting Irish/Prolific Star – No Refund Policy The Dublin Fighting Irish Youth Football Program is committed to providing a high‑quality, well‑organized experience for every athlete. Because program costs are incurred well before the season begins, the following No Refund Policy applies to all registrations: 1. Registration Fees Are Non‑Refundable All registration fees are final once payment is submitted. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, loss of interest, injury, disciplinary removal, or relocation. 2. Uniforms and Equipment Uniform and equipment costs are included in the registration fee and are also non‑refundable once ordered. Items may not be returned for credit or reimbursement. 3. Program Cancellation In the rare event that the Dublin Fighting Irish must cancel the entire season, partial credits or alternative arrangements may be offered at the program’s discretion. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 4. Weather, Field Conditions, and Unforeseen Events Practices or games canceled due to weather, field closures, or other circumstances beyond our control will not be refunded. Make‑up sessions may be scheduled when possible but are not guaranteed. 5. Acknowledgment By completing registration, families agree to this No Refund Policy and understand that fees support league operations, equipment, insurance, field rentals, and other fixed costs that cannot be recovered.
